Welcome to The Pawsome Parcel Co.! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, services and subscription boxes. 

The Pawsome Parcel Co. ("we," "our," or "us") is an Australian-based business offering curated gift parcels for dogs, pet lovers, children, and pet parents. All products are sold via our website and may be updated or changed without notice.

Orders and Payments

• Orders are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and other secure payment options.
• Full payment is required at the time of order.
• Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes in pricing will be communicated before renewal if choosing a subscription option.
• Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

 Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver Australia-wide via registered couriers and Australia Post.
• Standard shipping times may vary based on location. Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses.
• Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7 for all orders below $89. For orders above $89, shipping is free.
• Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. While we do our best to meet delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

Address Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent delivery to an incorrect address. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped, we will be unable to amend delivery details.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the personalised and perishable nature of many of our items, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence. The Pawsome Parcel Co. will not be held responsible for parcels lost, damaged or delayed during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if you receive a damaged parcel or defective products, please contact us within 3 days with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, credit or partial refund. 
• Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Custom and Personalised Orders

• Custom or personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Please double-check all spelling and customisation requests prior to submission.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Subscription parcels are billed on a recurring basis as chosen by the customer (e.g., monthly).
• You may cancel your subscription any time prior to the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

We currently offer two types of subscription boxes. By subscribing, you agree to receive monthly boxes for the duration of your subscription period. You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime, as outlined below.

We currently offer the following subscription options:

1. Tail-Wagging Essentials: 1-Month Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellations after the renewal date will apply to the following month.

2. The Ultimate Dachshund Experience: 12-Month Subscription

12-month plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time however your subscription will continue until the end of the 12-month period.

Subscription boxes are shipped on 15th (or nearest business day) of each month. Orders must be placed before the 10th of the month to receive that month’s parcel. Orders placed after the 10th will receive the next month’s parcel.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, logos, photographs, and copy are the intellectual property of The Pawsome Parcel Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

User Generated Content

By tagging or submitting photos to us via social media or email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, and publish your content for promotional purposes.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the website and services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

At The Pawsome Parcel Co., we take pride in curating high-quality products to ensure a delightful experience for you and your pet. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability, and release The Pawsome Parcel Co. from any legal claims arising from the use of our products and services.

Product Safety
We carefully select items for each parcel, but The Pawsome Parcel Co. makes no guarantees regarding the safety, durability or suitability of any product for your individual pet. While we strive to provide safe and appropriate toys, treats, accessories and wellness products, it is your responsibility to determine the appropriateness of any item for your pet, considering factors like their age, size, breed, health, and behaviour.

Supervision and Usage
You must always supervise your pet while they interact with toys, treats or any other product from our parcels. The Pawsome Parcel Co. shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents or damages to pets, property or individuals resulting from unsupervised use or misuse of our products. Chew toys, treats and other items should be used as intended and replaced when worn or damaged to avoid potential hazards.

Allergic Reactions and Health Risks
While we provide treats and wellness products intended for dachshunds, we cannot guarantee that all items will be free of allergens or safe for every dog. You are responsible for reviewing the product descriptions and ingredients for potential allergens before allowing your pet to use or consume any item. The Pawsome Parcel Co. is not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses or health complications that arise from the consumption or use of products provided in our parcels.

No Guarantees on Results or Satisfaction
We aim to provide delightful and enjoyable experiences with each parcel, but we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our products. Variations in pet preferences, dietary needs and health conditions may affect how your pet interacts with and enjoys the products. The Pawsome Parcel Co. is not responsible for your pet's individual responses to any item included in the parcel.

Veterinary Consultation
If you have any concerns regarding the safety or appropriateness of a product for your pet, we strongly recommend consulting with a veterinarian before use. The Pawsome Parcel Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur when using wellness products or supplements without prior veterinary advice.

Indemnity
By subscribing to and using The Pawsome Parcel Co. services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pawsome Parcel Co., its employees, owners, partners, affiliates and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your or your pet’s use or misuse of any product provided.

Limitation of Damages
In no event shall The Pawsome Parcel Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the products and services provided.
